Before you email
- If your church code isn't working, double-check the format (SE-XXXX-XXXX) and that your church's plan is active.
- If a feature isn't showing up, confirm which plan your church is on — Team Sermon Sync, congregation publishing, and giving are only available on Whole-Church Bundle and Multi-site/Large plans.
- Include your platform (iOS/Android), app version, and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened — it's the fastest way for us to help.
